Chief Executive Officer

Adam Kredow is the Chief Executive Officer of Lumen Academy. He currently serves as the CEO of the Center for Special Education Services as well. His prior experience also includes the Director of Operations for Primary Care Psychology Associate. Mr. Kredow studied business administration and hospitality management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Executive Director

Sivan Schondorf is the Executive Director and Partner of Lumen Academy. She has practiced as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school and clinical settings for more than seventeen years. Ms. Schondorf received her masters' degree in Speech Language Pathology from Northern Illinois University and her bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Eric Fine is the Chief Operations Officer and Partner of Lumen Academy. He has served as a certified and licensed School Psychologist in Illinois public schools and private practice for twenty-two years. Dr. Fine received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and his Ed.S. from National Louis University.
